Bodies
TBV Lugus has several important bodies to advise and audit the current board. The Advisory Board assists the current board in their daily tasks and ensures that the long-term vision is secured. The Audit Committee monitors the budget and has a regulatory function so that no budget will be exceeded by the current board without notifying the Auditing Committee first. Finally, Lugus has the Committee of Corporate Relations that assists and advises the corporate relations officer.
