LuGuide applications are open!

Do you want to show what Lugus is all about?

Upcoming year around 150 new students will join our beautiful association. To make sure these first year students get to know Lugus and all its great aspects, LuGuides will be there for them. LuGuides are enthusiastic Lugus members who want to present Lugus towards the new first year students. Together with another LuGuide you will guide around 15 students to Lugus events. Besides that, you are encouraged to organise your own activities to integrate with your group.

What do we expect from you?

- Attend Lugus activities with your group
- Integrate with your group by for instance having dinner prior to events
- Be present at:

• Faculty introduction day (5th of September)
• Case competition before going to the Introduction Weekend (9th of September)
• Introduction Weekend (9th until 11th of September)

What is in it for you?

• The Active Members Day
• The Active Members Weekend
• The Introduction Weekend
• Get in contact with both first year students and fellow enthusiastic Lugus members
• A lot of fun
• A free LuGuide shirt

Are you a social person, enthusiastic about our association and want to involve as many first year students with Lugus as possible? All Lugus members can apply and give their preference for a LuGuide-partner, so apply now before the 30 of June 2016 and become a LuGuide!

For questions, more information or applications, please send an email to internalaffairs@tbvlugus.nl.

Your email should contain a motivation explaining why you want to become a LuGuide. Please let us know whether you are interested in becoming a mentor as well and if you are interested in having an international group.

Please note: a LuGuide is not the same as the mentorship offered by the University of Groningen.
