“Improving cooperation through self-awareness”
In the first LED-talk of this year, Mieke Hoekzema, senior consultant at Insights and experience in organisational change, will give a talk about connecting the personal drive and talents of individuals with the purpose of the organisation they work in.
To create a working environment where people can bring their whole selves, we need self-leadership. To take charge of your own behaviour and the way you interact with others starts with self-awareness. During this LED talk she will take you on a journey to become more aware of your behavioural preferences and the impact they have on others, using the Insights Discovery model.
The event will take place on the 26th of November at 19:00, online. The talk will be 2 hours long with a break in between, after which everyone is welcome to stay and share a drink or conversation.
