On the 19th of October, the First General Assembly will take place. The board will evaluate their first trimester and show what they are planning for the next trimester. A regular part of the General Assembly is the hammering out and in of old and new committee members.
A physical General Assembly is not possible due to the corona measures and therefore this will be an online General Assembly, taking place via Zoom. On the 19th of October, the link to join will be shared via email; this is why it is necessary for you to subscribe to the event if you want to join.
To make sure the meeting will run with smoothness, there are some rules we would like you to bear in mind:
- Use your own name when picking a username. Joining anonymously is not possible.
- Keep your microphone muted when you are not talking;
- Using the webcam is mandatory at the start, in order for us to check your identity, and if you want to ask a question;
The Zoom meeting will be opened at 18:45 and we will start at 19:00.
