Via YER kun je instappen via ons Talent Development Programma (TDP) of via een reguliere startersfunctie. We helpen je de juiste match te vinden binnen ons uitgebreide netwerk van toporganisaties, denk aan Thales, ING, TenneT, Alliander, BAM en de Belastingdienst.
Het Talent Development Programma
Het YER Traineeship is meer dan een eerste baan, het is jouw carrièreversneller. Je krijgt:
- Een vast contract bij YER vanaf dag één
- Een salaris minimaal gelijk aan dat van directe collega's bij de opdrachtgever
- Persoonlijke coaching van gecertificeerde coaches en jouw eigen consultant
- Erkende opleidingen via geaccrediteerde opleiders
- Een actieve community van trainees om mee te leren en op te bouwen
Onze programma's duren 24 maanden (private sector) of 18–24 maanden (publieke sector) en bestaan uit vier leerlijnen: hard skills, soft & business skills, coaching en intervisie. Je kunt instromen in februari, mei of september.
Reguliere startersfuncties
Naast traineeships biedt YER ook directe startersfuncties in vakgebieden zoals Engineering, IT, Business Operations, Sociaal Domein en Ruimtelijke Ordening. Met persoonlijke begeleiding help je ons de juiste match te vinden die aansluit bij jouw studie en ambities.

The Talent Development Programme
The YER Traineeship is more than a first job — it's your career accelerator. You'll receive:
- A permanent contract with YER from day one
- A salary at least equal to that of direct colleagues at the client organisation
- Personal coaching from certified coaches and your own dedicated consultant
- Accredited training programmes through recognised providers
- An active community of trainees to learn and grow with
Our programmes run for 24 months (private sector) or 18–24 months (public sector) and consist of four learning tracks: hard skills, soft & business skills, coaching, and peer learning. Intake moments are in February, May, and September.
Direct starter positions
Alongside traineeships, YER also offers direct starter roles in fields such as Engineering, IT, Business Operations, Social Domain, and Urban & Spatial Planning. With personal guidance, we help you find the match that fits your background and ambitions.
