At YAG, we work with a flat structure; there's no hierarchy, and no one is the boss. From day one, YAG is also your own business, and initiative and responsibility are expected. YAG is a company entirely run by students, but that doesn't mean YAG is unprofessional. After years of experience and completing over 450 projects in various sectors, YAG is a professional consultancy firm. Additionally, YAG has five established training partners, an advisory board, and a large alumni network.
