At the TaSC workshop, given by Young Advisory Group (YAG), you will be working on a business case in an interactive manner. The business case’s topic will involve setting up a strategic plan, so that the presented company can operate in a sustainable and future-proof way. The purpose of this case is to develop your analytic and solution-oriented skills and to become acquainted with strategy consultancy, a very interesting potential future career.

Young Advisory Group is a strategic consulting firm, fully run by students. YAG’s consultants are passionate and possess a fresh perspective that you can expect from young students. Since 2011, we have been providing strategic advice to companies of all sizes, from small and medium-sized businesses to multinational corporations. Strengthened by support and training from renowned consultants from Roland Berger, Berenschot, Bain & Company, Metyis and McKinsey & Company, we are able to support organisations with data-driven insights and concrete, strategic solutions. YAG consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds, which is also reflected in the multidisciplinary teams they work in.

YAG works on assignments in a wide range of sectors. Various projects have been carried out in sectors such as energy, healthcare, retail, and transportation. However, interesting assignments with a strategic character can be found in all sectors. At present, we have offices in five locations (Amsterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven-Tilburg, Groningen, and Rotterdam-Delft), representing seven student cities.
