Last year's theme was Industry 4.0, which is the successor of lean. Companies from different branches explained how they designed and integrated Industry 4.0. The concept of fully optimized processes is changing due to the developments in ICT and data analysis. In the upcoming future, more and more processes within the value chain will be able to communicate with each other. How will this change impact the general ideas about the design of processes?
