The online communication is done by means of our website, direct mailings to (master) students updates and social media campaigns. Our website is often the first place students start when they first look at potential career opportunities. In the career section of our website, a lot of companies have their company profile displayed. A company profile is a place on our website where companies get the opportunity to introduce themselves to IEM students. Along with some general information about the company and a description of the place an IEM student would have within the company, the contact information of the recruiter(s) of that company are provided. Furthermore, TBV Lugus has an extensive collection of vacancies at a given time. These vacancies are focused on IEM students and are a selection of many different companies that need employees with the skillset IEM students have acquired during their studies. TBV Lugus has active social media profiles on different kind of platforms but mainly makes use of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. In recent years, but especially during the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, social media platforms have become a more and more important tool in the promotion arsenal of many organizations. Therefore, TBV Lugus offers companies the opportunity to reach a large group of Industrial Engineering & Management students by means of social media promotion.
