Main Objective

• To significantly improve the productivity and quality of the output of the press
by working closely with the press crews.
• Ensure all press personnel are trained to a high level with respect to the
extrusion process.
• Improve extrusion process control.
• Identify and eliminate waste.
• Implement and maintain Genesis philosophy in Daily Management,
SIC, 5S, TPM and continuous improvement.
